Have you read the rest of this series? It’s wonderful and gets intensely into the psyche of female friendships into adulthood.

I guess as usual there is much more in the novels themselves than in the film version (which is the only one I know).

Is the movie good?

I liked it quite a lot. Sad not to be able to read it in Italian, though.

Also, didn’t finish this series, but loved the two seasons I watched
